What support and service package are available?

Will my data and information be safe?

Absolutely. We take security, on both the ownership & tenant side, extremely serious. All remote access systems use state of the art security to keep your data safe.

What lock options do you offer?

Today, we offer 2 lock options -- a deadbolt, and a padlock. Our custom deadbolt easily attaches to existing door / track systems without any need for wiring (8 year estimated battery life). Our padlocks fit all existing latch systems, and are battery and wire free!

Do I need WiFi at my location?

Our locks and software do not require wifi connectivity to function, although we generally recommend a wifi network be available if possible for a better tenant experience!

Are the locks weatherproof?

Absolutely! Our NFC Padlocks are tested to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions, temperature changes, even dents and dings, and are IP68 waterproof.

How much does this all cost?
